Summary: 
This interactive session equips participants with practical, scenario-based strategies to strengthen agency culture and communication to recruit and retain staff. Learners will explore how communication patterns shape workforce experience, recruitment, retention, psychological safety, and organizational effectiveness. Designed for agencies implementing the Three-Year Workforce Development and Retention Sustainability Plan and Value-Based Incentives (VBI) goals, this session provides actionable, beginner-friendly steps to improve culture and communication without requiring a structural overhaul.

Objectives:
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Examine how agency culture shapes workforce experience, and how communication practices can help influence and strengthen that culture.
- Recognize common communication risk patterns in behavioral health organizations.
- Apply practical communication strategies to strengthen culture and workforce stability.

Audience:
✔️Change Leaders responsible for implementing their agency’s Three-Year Workforce Development and Retention Sustainability Plan.
✔️ Human Resources staff and Workforce Development staff leading employee engagement efforts.
